About OJUFON

The official body behind every tournament, friendly and match day at Ojukwu Field, Okoboh.

Why We Changed Our Name

We started out as OFTA — the Ojukwu Field Tournament Association — set up to run one thing: the tournament at Ojukwu Field, Okoboh. As the football scene at the field grew beyond a single competition to include friendlies, squad management, live match coverage, news and a proper community around the game, the word "Tournament" in our name no longer covered what we actually do.

That's why we're now OJUFON — the Ojukwu Field Organisation. Same people, same field, same mission — just a name that reflects everything we're responsible for, not only the tournament. OFTA lives on as our history and as an alternate name people still search for, but OJUFON is who we are going forward.

What We Do

Where We Play

Every match we organise is played at Ojukwu Field, Okoboh, in Rivers State, Nigeria. It's the home ground for our tournaments and friendlies alike, and the heart of everything OJUFON does.
